Return & Warranty Policy

Returns:

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and has no physical damage. Customer must contact us before sending any return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products that are damaged due to misuse, water damage, burning, breaking, wrong usage, or physical damage will not be accepted for return.

Warranty / Company Claim:

• We provide 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

• Device burned due to voltage issues

• Physical damage (broken, cracked, damaged parts)

• Water/liquid damage

• Damage caused by improper use

• Normal wear and tear

• Any modification or repair done by customer

• If a product has a manufacturing fault, we will inspect the item and provide repair/replacement according to warranty terms.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval.
